Ritual
Place your left hand over your heart (the center of compassion) and your right hand over your solar plexus (the center of personal power).
Breathe deeply until both centers feel harmonized — authority softened by love, love strengthened by clarity. With each inhale, invite in golden light. With each exhale, radiate out steadiness and warmth.
As you breathe, silently repeat:
“May my power serve only Love.
May my authority arise from Compassion.”

Stay until you feel the two centers pulsing as one luminous field — a golden sun within, balanced and serene.
