My good friend Alan Grange recently mention a band he had worked with in his early days as a roadie that I had never heard of. Intrigued, he sent me some information and I was delighted to discover Mouseproof.

The brainchild of the late Gerry Fitzgerald, composer and multi-instrumentalist, they embodied that late 60's spirit of eclectic experimentation which saw rock, blues, jazz, folk, psychedelic and avant garde music fuse together into something that would later be know as progressive rock.

Join Alan and I as we discuss his memories of the band, their 1970 album and the fervent scene they took part in.
