KRUCHENIKI with an interesting filling. The taste is incredible. Share what filling you usually use.
▫️chicken fillet - 3-4 pieces;
▫️cream 20% - 200 ml;
▫️carrot - 1 pc;
▫️onion - 1-2 pcs;
▫️hard cheese - 50 g;
▫️salt, pepper - to taste;
▫️dried tomatoes - 1 pc;
▫️oil for frying
Cut the meat into pieces and pound under plastic wrap, season with salt and pepper, and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the filling: fry the onions and carrots until soft, then add the grated cheese and stir.

Place the filling on the meat, add the sun-dried tomatoes, roll into a roulade, and secure with a toothpick. Fry in oil on all sides. Transfer to another dish and remove the toothpicks.
Fry the garlic in a pan, add a little water, add the rolls, pour in the cream diluted with a little water, and simmer for 20 minutes under a lid, turning periodically. Add greens to the finished dish if desired. Bon appetit ❤️
