🚨 Eviction check time.
This is 1 house out of 3 scheduled for a lockout eviction, and today we’re finding out what decision the tenant made.

Here are the ONLY two options left on the table:
👉 Pay everything owed → court case goes away, tenant can stay
👉 Don’t pay → vacate the property, grab your stuff, and get out

There is no third option.
