Charley and his friend Joe, are again surprised by a crime ring in south Florida. Charley's girlfriend, Mariel, is abducted by a human trafficking corporation that forces women and men to work for them. In the end, Charley and Joe have to go on a take it into their own hands mission to save Mariel, and destroy the crime ring.
