Get Yer Ya-Ya's Out! The Rolling Stones in Concert, released on September 4, 1970, in the UK and US by Decca Records (London Records in the US), is The Rolling Stones’ second official live album and a landmark document of their 1969 US tour. Clocking in at just under 48 minutes across 10 tracks, it captures Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Mick Taylor, Bill Wyman, and Charlie Watts at their raw, electrifying peak, performing at Madison Square Garden in New York City on November 27 and 28, 1969, with one track from Baltimore on November 26. Recorded by Glyn Johns and produced by Johns and the Stones, it’s a gritty, unpolished showcase of their post-Brian Jones era, with new guitarist Mick Taylor adding fire to their Beggars Banquet and Let It Bleed sound. Released to counter bootlegs of the tour (like Live’r Than You’ll Ever Be), it’s one of rock’s greatest live albums, capturing the Stones as the “World’s Greatest Rock and Roll Band.”
