Paypal Scammer Triggered | Believes I'm a Hacker

n this call I call up a Paypal Refund Scam Call Center, I am informed that there are hackers making purchases on Paypal and they get me to complete their google doc to begin a refund.
I fill out the form and the scammer tries out a different remote access software, but when the screen goes blank on his end, He thinks he is being Hacked & all hell lets loose!
