Drive-By Shooting In Redlands, California, Targets Hanukkah Display In Antisemitic Attack

Posted • December 14, 2025: Sunday evening marks the beginning of Hanukkah this year, and sadly, it's already been tragically marred by the horrific terror attack at Bondi Beach in Australia. While we're still receiving updates on that awful situation, there's more disturbing news hitting closer to home. Rodgir Cohen, a political science professor at Mira Costa College and university lecturer, shared an X post on Saturday indicating that his home, in Redlands, California, had been attacked in a drive-by shooting on Friday evening. —— Rodgir Cohen @CohenRodgir: “Our home was attacked by shooters on Friday night. Despite 20 shots being fired at our home in a drive-by shooting, yelling "Free Palestine, N*gger, and F- the Jews" after unloading 20 shots.” —— Cohen posted what appears to be doorbell/Ring camera footage of a sedan driving slowly by the property, while what sounds like over a dozen shots ring out before the car speeds away.

At the end of the video, a man's voice can be heard yelling, "F** the Jews!"
