Tyler Robinson, the 22-year-old charged with the assassination of Charlie Kirk, made his first in-person court appearance, and what happened in that courtroom has left many Americans furious.

Robinson appeared in civilian clothes, restrained, and flanked by three public defenders as he smirked, laughed, and whispered to his lawyer before proceedings began. A hot mic caught fragments of the exchange — but now a forensic lip reader says they know exactly what was said.

According to a report cited by the New York Post, Robinson appeared to say:

“I think about the shooting daily… every morning… all the time.”

“So, he had a wife…” — referring to Kirk’s widow, Erika

“Just smoking a lot… not sleeping at night… it’s driving me mental.”

“Unfortunately, it’s doing my head in. I’m not good for anything.”

This chilling exchange allegedly occurred before the judge even entered the courtroom — as Robinson laughed and joked with his attorney.

Robinson is facing seven felony charges, including:
• Aggravated murder (capital offense)
• Witness tampering
• Obstruction of justice
• Commission of a violent crime in the presence of a child

Utah prosecutors are seeking the death penalty.

Watching this footage, many are asking the same question:
Is this justice — or a mockery of it?

Charlie Kirk’s family sits in silence while the man accused of gunning him down appears calm, smug, and disturbingly casual. No visible remorse. No humanity. Just grins.

👇 Watch the courtroom footage and decide for yourself:
Was this a fair proceeding — or a farce?
