Joy to the World

Joy to the World, the Lord is come! We have heard and often sing these lyrics during the Christmas season, but did you know it has nothing to do with Christmas?!
Today, Gary Froiland returns and we take a look at what is behind this famous song, but also some of the reasons we have to be joyful in this season.
From the beginning of time, until the end of days, Gary shows us some of the many joys we are able to be blessed with, and will leave you today understanding why there is truly "Joy to the World"

We are a Bible-Based, Jesus Only small community church located in rural South-East Minnesota. Our building was originally constructed in 1861 and is the oldest protestant church building in continuous use in our county.
Many people have come and gone throughout the generations, but our goal will always remain: To Serve Jesus only, and learn from His Living Word, the Scriptures.
Our small church body are all admittedly sinners, that openly strive to improve our walk daily, but also understand that we are Redeemed by the shed blood of Christ Jesus and declared innocent in God’s eyes due to Grace Alone!
There is no act of baptism, charity or observation of communion that deems us worthy. No amount of following the law of Moses, or the ever-popular observation of legalism in many churches today that will save us. That is us believing in ourselves, rather than what Christ did for us completely.
