A unique and informative film made for the ICI chemical company, explaining the chemistry and physics of colour. This is not just a lesson in science, but a look back into a bygone age and of children's playtime involving colour.
Clearly the beginnings of the age of regular colour television broadcasts was about to dawn. So this particular film feature during those early days of established UK colour TV broadcasting, shown occasionally during the test transmission downtime, must have seemed very appropriate.
