Make sure you buy a decent quality Sourdough Bread, it tastes way way better than "Bread", you avoid the toxic wheat and when you ditch bread for Sourdough and use unsalted organic butter, I say unsalted, just in case table salt is what is used. The best salt is Celtic Salt.

Sourdough and organic butter actually help you loose weight, Sourdough because you avoid the "bread" that makes you fat, and organic butter because it's made of natural fats that help you shed weight.

Get into the habit of consuming Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil that is very high in Polyphenols. Most EVOO's including those labelled "organic" and big brands are actually fake, and laced with seed oils. I use Moroccan Gold which is very high in Polyphenols and a sample in a small shot glass when left in the fridge for a month or so turns white and fatty...this shows it is organic. Fake EVOO's do not change.

Salad greens are good for you but they can make you fat, which is why drizzling Organic High Polyphenol EVOO over it negates this and the EVOO also assists weight loss.

Training your body to get out of the bullshit three meals a day nonsense, avoid breakfast cereal as it's all poison. Instead I eat a half an avocado with a sprinkle of Celtic Salt and 2 tbsp of Moroccan Gold EVOO, mash it up for breakfast, and eat one main meal later in the day. Two boiled organic eggs with celtic salt if i need another meal.

No orange juice as its full of sugars, no tap water, filtered bottled water or distilled tap water.

I also have half squeezed lemon with 2 tbsp of Organic Apple Cider Vinegar with Mother, a dash of cayenne pepper, a dash of black pepper, and a dash of celtic salt, add water and drink through a straw (avoids staining teeth with the ACV)...have this just before the main meal and go for a 10 min walk after the meal. This shot of sourness actually makes your body lose weight by taking energy from stored fat.

I also never consumed crap like McDonalds, no Pepsi, etc, none of those poison drinks.

I used to be 79Kg, now I am 73Kg, 6Kg down in 10 months and I do not use gyms (can't stand them).
