Freezing in the Ouachitas

I took a free weekend in December and ventured out into the Ouachita National Forest for an over night. The first day was fun and not to cold but overnight the temps dropped down to 20 degrees and the wind just wouldn't let up. It wasn't the best trip I have ever taken and I probably wouldn't risk it again by my self. I did get myself a new OneWind Underquilt for my hammock and it basically saved my life.
