Help Me Secure My Lawful Inheritance

Hello, my name is Mike Vara. I am raising funds to retain a qualified estate and probate attorney to fight for my lawful share of my late father’s estate, which I believe has been wrongfully withheld despite clear language in his Last Will and Testament. My father, Edward Vara, executed a valid will that was later filed with the Monroe County Surrogate’s Court. In that will, he states: If my wife does not survive me, then I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate to the issue of our marriage in equal shares, per stirpes. In plain terms, this means that all children of the marriage are to share equally in the remaining estate, with each family line protected under the law. Despite this clear directive, I have been excluded from my rightful share.
