In a remote town called Redemption Hill, hidden in North America right under the noses of the Americans, a sinister special operation is being conducted led by the twisted Dr. Kitler von Buren. Drawing upon the dark curse of Alessa Gillespie that once plagued the town of Silent Hill, this evil doctor has doomed all who reside in Redemption Hill.
