Community Education - Covering a Spontaneous Opportunity

I received an announcement for a presentation covering "Emergency Communications Options" at the Dalton Gardens, Idaho City Hall and decided to show up to see what they had to say.

Although I never intended to upload the entire presentation here on the channel, I was hoping to share some of the video from the presentation. However, my microphone became partially disconnected and reverted back to the camera built-in mic. Therefore, the majority of it is narrated.

It was encouraging nonetheless to see this topic offered to the public.
