🐝BRANDED HONEY CAKE🐝 without rolling out the cakes
🍯 For the cakes:
320 g honey
60 g sugar
100 g butter 82%
140 g sour cream 20%
1 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
300 g flour

🫐 For the jam:
200 g currants
100 g sugar
15 g cornstarch

🍯 For the cream:
500 g cream 33-36%
200 g sour cream 20%
250 g condensed milk

Bake the cakes at 170 °C for 8-9 minutes. This recipe makes 9 cakes measuring 20/13 cm.
Leave the cake to soak in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours.
