HARNWELL: the US has been totally out-manoeuvred by the wily Europeans and Ukraine

Ukraine’s hold-out for NATO membership was only ever strategic. A card to be played in negotiation, a quid-pro-quo to be exchanged for its ultimate prize — US “security guarantees”.

The real news today is that 7% of Republicans have stopped identifying as MAGA and have reverted back to being vanilla Republicans again.

POTUS needs to URGENTLY kick Zelensky to the curb — with no security guarantees — and deliver some great WINS on the domestic front.
