Police release video of Brown University shooter, call for public help

Providence police on Tuesday (December 16) released new video footage of a person of interest in the Brown University shooting that killed two people, urging residents in nearby neighborhoods to review home security and vehicle camera footage. Providence Police Chief Oscar Perez said the video, which shows the individual before and after the shooting, was captured in residential areas near the campus.
