As for low-income housing, (FY 2022-23) 59% of household heads are “disabled,” 80+% of the residents are “Black,” & 82% of them do not have earned incomes. Housing Choice Vouchers: 38% of household heads are “disabled”, 42% of no income to speak of & again the vast majority of recipients are Black.

In 2021 & 2022, MPHA had $299.4 million in “expenses” & $296.4 million in “revenues.” 57.45% ($170.3 million) of all their “revenue” either came from federal subsidies directly or federal subsidies from other PHAs (Public Housing Authority).

If I include “other operating subsidies & grants” from the federal government, the total grows to 79.85% ($236.7 million) of all MPHA “revenue” coming from federal government sources.

You see, Minneapolis & the state of Minnesota have no intention of paying for this themselves, they want to expand the permanent underclass massively & make taxpayers in Idaho, Montana, Iowa, etc. pay for it.

Despite all those federal injections of funds, the capital maintenance backlog has ballooned to $229 million. Listen up folks, this is the Democrat Party plan for America. Continue to bring in the Third World, settle them in public housing & demand more subsidies from taxpayers in other states to pay for this. Donald Trump is far from perfect, but he wants to stop this, you should support him on this venture & we need to get J.D. Vance in the White House in 2029.

Let’s look at the latest MPHA report from 2025: “Deeply Affordable Family Housing”: 54.3% of all residents are “children”, 87.8% of all residents are Black, a third have no earned income at all, only 14% went on to purchase their own home & 17% of household leaders have a disability.

“Low Income Public Housing”: 79.6% of the residents are Black, 57% of household heads have a disability & only 15% of residents have an earned income.

“Housing Choice Vouchers”: 46.8% of the residents are “children”, 81.5% are Black, less than a third have any earned income, 41% of household heads have a disability & 54% of households are 4 or more people. This is not sustainable. In 2023 & 2024, MPHA had “revenues” of $349.4 million, ($267.5) 76.55% of it came from Federal subsidies (Section 8 HAP from Washington, subsidies from other PHA’s & other federal grants).

In 2023 & 2024, MPHA had “expenses” of $341.1 million, which is essentially 13.7% HIGHER than the 2021-22 period, so the inflation is massive.

Let us look at Minneapolis Government School outcomes: Repeating my previous info, adding to that & updating my previous information on this subject: Families with Food Stamp/SNAP benefits (27.6%), Parents (of children in Government school) not in the labor force (13.3%), Children in Government School living w/ a married couple (%) & Children in Government School living in a single parent household (37.2%)

54.2% of Minneapolis’ Student Body is chronically absent, the statewide avg. currently sits at 30.2% of students chronically absent.

Districtwide (all students, school years ending 2019), only 47.9% of students are meeting standards in Reading & in school years ending 2022 & 2023 the avg. was 43.9%. Pertaining to Black pupils, (school year ending 2019) only 24.7% were meeting or exceeding expectations in Reading in Minneapolis. For school years ending 2022 & 2023, only 17.75% were meeting or exceeding expectations.

(updated data) Pertaining to ELLs (English Language Learners), 89% were Levels 1-3 (Levels 4-6 are what you shoot for) in “English Language Literacy.”

>53% of Black pupils in Minneapolis were “chronically absent” in 2024. If you can’t get to school, you will not succeed, period. Only 33% of Black pupils were “chronically absent” statewide.

Pertaining to Black pupils (Districtwide), only 15.5% are reading at grade level currently.

The % of families of children in government schools on food stamps/SNAP in Minneapolis is much higher than the state or national average. Married couple households are also less prevalent in Minneapolis than MN statewide or the national average. Lots of fragmented families in Minneapolis.

Minneapolis has imported the Third World; these people are not assimilating as the massive number of refugees we had from Western Civilization in the 1910s & 1920s.
