COOKIES & CREAM BARS

These Cookies and Cream Bars are soft chewy and so addicting!! Especially if you’re a cookies and cream lover just like I am! Filled with Oreo pieces and white chocolate chips, you’re going to love these bars!

Cookies and Cream Bars

Ingredients
1 cup butter, melted
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoons salt
3/4 cup white chocolate chips
25 + 5 Oreo cookies

Directions
Preheat oven to 350°.
Crush 5 Oreo cookies into chunky pieces and set aside. Crush another 25 Oreos and set aside.
Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
In another bowl combine butter with sugar.
Stir in eggs.
Gradually in increments, stir dry ingredients into wet ingredients.
Stir in white chocolate chips.
Gently stir in the 25 crushed Oreos.
Spread mixture into a greased or parchment lined 9 x 13” baking dish. Sprinkle the over the remaining 5 crushed Oreos.
Bake 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set. Let cool completely before slicing.
