The energies of this December Solstice resonate through the next three months and beyond.

How do we ally with ourselves and lighten the burdens on our bodies as we move through this time of change and integration? Ensuring we get enough rest, clean water, nourishing food and healthy movement out in Nature are all wonderful ways to adjust and adapt to the transformative energy of this time.

Where are we distracted from our internal balance and harmony? It is an act of defiance and power to pull our energy and attention back into this present moment, being deliberate and conscious about what we give our precious attention to. We must nourish our Now – this is our point of power where we make our best offering to life. Keep the Mind present and engaged in immediate life, not the distractions onscreen.

The energy of Leo, of High Summer and open heartedness reach to us through this card. Our work is to be heart-centered, putting support in place so we move through life from this rich and beautiful state as much as we can. The heart knows what we need.

No, we aren’t there yet… but if we keep focussing on not being there, the journey will feel long indeed, and we will miss the signs of change that are showing up in our field. Shift from lack to abundance. Cultivating gratitude and appreciation helps us stay in right alignment.
