CHICKEN CUTLETS with cheese.

▫️chicken fillet - 2-3 pieces;
▫️eggs - 2-3 pieces;
▫️cheese - 150 g;
▫️cornstarch - 2-3 tbsp;
▫️soy sauce - 3 tbsp;
▫️ground pepper, dried garlic - to taste;
▫️parsley.
▫️oil for frying.
To serve:
▫️mushroom sauce from @torchyn.ukraine
Cut the chicken fillet into pieces and pound under plastic wrap.
Place the eggs and starch in a bowl, add the soy sauce, pepper, garlic, grated cheese, and parsley. Mix, add the meat, leave to marinate for 15 minutes and fry as usual in oil. Serve the cutlets with mushroom sauce, because it's incredibly delicious. ❤️
