Sarah Foster, was now double checking her purse again, trying her hardest to find the 100 dollar bill.

"Miss Foster!", he shouted, scaring her.

"It's here somewhere, just give me a second", Sarah pleaded, still searching.

Mr. Gumm stared at her, in the form of a scowl.

"Can you or can you not pay rent?", Mr. Gumm asked bluntly.

Sarah ignored him, while looking around her room for the 100 dollar bill.

"Miss Foster!", Mr. Gumm yelled at her.

Sarah tensed up, as she became stiff as a board, now giving Mr. Gumm her full attention.

"You don't have the rent payment", Mr. Gumm answered his own question, while approaching her.

Sarah gulped nervously.

"No wonder you were protecting that dumb oaf next door", Mr. Gumm said while shaking his head.

"I can't believe I have to get kick out TWO tenants today", Mr. Gumm said, still shaking his head.

Mr. Gumm smiled.

"Will your son return anytime soon?", Mr. Gumm asked, still grinning.

"No, he's at school", Sarah answered, eyes still closed.

"So nobody will disturb us?", Mr. Gumm asked.

"No", she said, dreading the word as it exited her mouth.

"But I have a job. I have to be there in 2 hours", Sarah revealed

"Yes", Sarah nodded, eyes still shut.

"And you haven't been paid yet?", Mr. Gumm asked.

"No sir. I'll be paid today", Sarah said.

Mr. Gumm chuckled.

"Well alright then Miss Foster", Mr. Gumm smiled while coming to a decision.

"I'll be generous, and allow you to pay me rent today, in a different way", Mr. Gumm said.

Just then, Sarah could hear him unbuckle his pants.
