Property Manager Problems: WHERE ARE THE KEYS?! 🔑😤

After some solid dad time at the wood shop with my boys, it was straight back to property manager mode.

The homeowner tried to direct me to where the keys should be… so I’m out there digging around the house like a lost puppy, checking everywhere — and guess what? No keys.

That’s real property management.
Plans change. Time gets burned. And you still have to get the job done.

So now it’s off to the military installation to meet the homeowner while he’s at work and grab the keys in person. Luckily, I’ve got military access — because if you don’t solve problems fast in this business, everything else stalls.
