This is a really potent time of upgrades from 3i Atlas and you might be feeling some ongoing discomfort, pain, irritation, or old patterns coming up. Recognize that this is not permanent, and it’s actually part of a huge upgrade we are receiving. Don’t resist it, allow it. Rest as needed and don’t push yourself.
