ROLL WITH JAM
It is very simple to prepare, easy to roll, and does not crack. Save the recipe.
▫️flour - 100 g;
▫️eggs - 5 pcs;
▫️sugar - 120 g;
▫️milk - 50 ml;
▫️oil - 2 tbsp;
▫️baking powder - 1 tsp;
▫️vanilla sugar - 10 g;
▫️jam - 500 ml;
Preparation: Beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy (about 10 minutes). Add the sifted flour with baking powder, stir, add milk and oil, and mix thoroughly. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with silicone parchment and bake in a preheated oven at 170-180 degrees for 10-15 minutes (until a dry skewer).
Remove, turn over, remove the parchment, spread with jam, and roll into a roll. Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Remove, sprinkle with powdered sugar, and enjoy. Bon appetit!
