It has been estimated that the U.S. appropriations for Ukraine were in the ballpark of $174 billion by early 2025 (congressional supplemental appropriations FY2022–FY2024). Many independent tallies put total U.S. commitments near $175 billion by 2025. It’s worth mentioning that the news media has spent a great deal of time focusing on the Ukrainian situation as well. We also have troops all around the globe with a large number of them surrounding the country of Venezuela at present - in position and at the ready.
Out of sight

Did I happen to mention that there are still thousands of hurricane ravaged Americans in the Carolinas and Tennessee that need the help of America as well – “Out of sight out of mind”, right?
Well "not so fast there my friend" as Lee Corso would say. With the help of our guests during the first hour we are about to change that “out of mind thingy”.
