I Refused to Put Tenants Here — Let’s See the ‘Progress’ 👀

I’m heading back to a property I previously condemned as uninhabitable.

Last time I was here, it was a safety nightmare — holes in the walls, window frames coming loose, floors failing, and water coming through the roof. I made it clear to the homeowner: no tenants were going into this house until it was properly repaired.

Now I’m being told there’s been “progress”…
So it’s time for a follow-up inspection.

This is real property management. We don’t just fill houses — we protect tenants, enforce habitability standards, and hold the line when a property isn’t safe. If it’s not compliant, it doesn’t get rented. Period.

Let’s go see if this house is actually ready — or if it still needs serious work. 💪
