🏝️BAUNTI COOKIES🥥

(makes 16 cookies)
100 g butter (82%)
160 g sugar
10 g vanilla sugar
50 g dark cocoa (22%)
2 eggs
A pinch of salt
160 g flour
1 tsp baking powder

🥥For the filling:
80 g coconut flakes
80 g condensed milk
30 g butter
40 g cream cheese

🍫For the glaze:
100 g milk chocolate
1 tbsp oil
50 g coconut flakes

Combine the coconut flakes with condensed milk, melted butter, and cream cheese (Philadelphia, Cremette, Mlekovita). The mixture should be moderately moist and easy to roll into balls.
Form balls weighing +/- 14 g each.

Chill the chocolate dough in the freezer for about 1 hour. It should be slightly frozen.
Grease your hands or gloves with oil (this makes it easier to shape the cookies) and divide the dough into balls weighing +/- 35 g each.
Flatten the balls into discs, add the coconut filling, press down lightly, place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for no more than 16 minutes (the cookies should be soft).
