Starting The New Series on: To Tithe Or Not To Tithe, we focus on the very start in the Bible of offering or tithing, with Cain and Abel. Some have argued that tithing was under the Old Covenant and therefore was done away with by the New Covenant. Therefore, in this series we will try to examine the foundations of tithing beginning before the Law of Moses. God, as we find in Genesis chapter 4, expected an offering from the increase of Cain and Abel labors because it was He that gave Cain an harvest. And It was God that also, gave Abel new calf and new sheep. How did God receive Cain and Abel's offerings?
