There are certain holidays throughout the year that should especially lead us to consider spiritual truths. They remind us to stop and think about God, His wonderful works and mighty grace in our lives, and our relationship with Him.
Christmas is one of those holidays. As Christmas approaches, we need to take time to remember and celebrate the birth of Jesus, God who came in human form, so that He could bring to us the gift of eternal life. He gave us that gift as He took our sins upon Himself and died in our place to pay for those sins. What better way to start the Christmas season with remembrance and celebration of Jesus’ birth, His sacrificial death, and His perfect gift of eternal life than to gather around the Lord’s table for communion?
As we come to the table this morning, we are going to consider a few, "Timely Reminders.”
This message was taped during the morning service on December 14, 2025, and edited for broadcast for the week of December 21, 2015. If you would like to contact us, please use the contact information given at the end of this video. Thank you.
