After the Fall: The Birth of Civilization--Understanding Scripture

The Fall of Man inside the Garden of Eden led to the expulsion of Adam and Eve from the Garden. Outside the Garden of Eden, Adam and Eve was apart of the beginning of human history and civilization — agriculture, cities, law, language. Out of loss and exile comes creation and growth — a tragic but necessary beginning.
