Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup milk
1 cup crushed pineapple (drained)
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.
In a bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until light and creamy.
Add the vegetable oil and milk, mixing well.
Gradually add the flour and mix until smooth.
Add the baking powder and vanilla extract, stirring gently.
Fold in the crushed pineapple.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let the cake cool before removing it from the pan.
