2025 Year in Review
The beginning of the year:
I was so sick that I was unable to create weekly updates. Working was extremely difficult, and it used to take me hours to finish one short update.
Living in mold.
Couldn't tolerate caffeinated beverages other than one cup of green tea.
I rarely left the house to go to public places because I was too sick.
Unable to lose weight and was overweight at 150 lbs.
Unable to exercise as much as I wanted to due to my CFS. When I reviewed my step count for the beginning of the year, I was averaging around 3.000-4,000 steps, and it was extremely difficult to get to that point. I was constantly sore and exhausted.
I was dealing with chronic sinusitis and sinus infections from living in mold.
I needed to take an enormous amount of supplements to maintain any sort of quality of life.
Medicated with numerous prescription drugs, some of which were narcotics: Xanax for anxiety and panic attacks, Restoril for insomnia, marijuana for PTSD and insomnia, kratom for pain associated with mold exposure, injuries, Lyme disease, parasites, CIRS, and other conditions.
GI issues: food sensitivities, bloating, constipation, slowed gut motility, leaky gut, low stomach acid, a lot of gut pain, and limited diet: no dairy, no prebiotic foods.

Month by month breakdown:
2024: Mitochondria and Drainage Jumpstart Program, Block Therapy, Rapid Gut Reset, and first round of ThyroPep from Integrative Peptides.
Jan: Rapid Liver Reset: liver and gall bladder congestion and nervous system support.
March: Rapid Energy Reset: energy restoration, mitochondria and drainage support, stress management, reclaiming good sleep, finding and addressing energy leaks: digestive dysfunction, food sensitivities, leaky gut, immune dysregulation and dysfunction, and constipation.
April: Rapid Parasite Release: parasite treatments and all things parasite, persistent infections, and monocellular pathogens.
May: Heartmind membership: meditation, nervous system regulation, interpersonal growth; Can't Weight from Integrative Peptides; continuing Wellthy Life Berberine to balance blood sugar further; On several binders for mold:, Pectasol, Energybits Chlorella and CellCore Carboxy; second round of ThyroPep and added Thyroid Fxxr, a T2 thyroid hormone that helps with energy and boosts metabolism. After the peptide cycle, added Thyroid Glandular by The Fxxr.
June: Microdosing psilocybin for CPTSD; Rewired with Joe Dispenza; Nicotine as a nootropic: Nic Nac Naturals; lost weight with Can't Weight from Integrative Peptides, and hit 140 lbs.
July: Dr. Love's Roar Lions Mane; Zonias Restore Life for vitality (also helped to balance blood sugar); Bioinsights and Approved Medical Solutions Essential Tremor Clinical Trial for tremors in the right hand; moved out of the mold.
August: Continued to lose weight and reached 135.6 lbs, Gupta Program, Work with Shadow.
September: Rehab to quickly taper off of the benzodiazepines (Xanax and Restoril), marijuana, and kratom; toxic mold re-exposure from rehab facility that left me basically bed-bound for three weeks and reactivated my sinusitis, GI issues, and CFS; PAWS treatment with alternating microdosing CerebroPep from Integrative Peptides, Dr. Love's Roar Lions Mane, and microdosing psilocybin.
October: Still recovering from mold re-exposure and PAWS, continued PAWS treatment with alternating microdosing CerebroPep from Integrative Peptides, Dr. Love's Roar Lions Mane, and microdosing psilocybin, and added DLPA and LDN.
November: Mold re-exposure from water distiller, Rewiring Self-Limiting Behaviors World Summit from Hearmind Institute to break my belief that I was too sick to work.
December: I'm now only taking around four supplements and have been able to cease all treatment protocols, cut my supplement intake down to only the ones I take for hormone replacement and MTHFR; Tremors and jerky muscle movements are completely gone; I'm leaving the house alone and going to public places, walking a couple miles every other day without becoming sore or fatigued. Exercise is now easy and enjoyable. Since my last update, I had an 11,000 step day without burnout, muscle soreness, or fatigue. In fact, I felt better the next day, which was unexpected; I've continued to lose weight through intermittent fasting and now weigh 123 lbs. I have a six hour eating window and it's easy to maintain fasting; Im off all narcotics as I no longer need them; detoxed from a lot of the mold and CFS has faded; PAWS is basically gone, and I no longer need to microdose CerebroPep and psilocybin or take the lion's mane; working consistently and enjoying it; planning and dreaming about the future, including going back to school; successfully turning trauma into triumph. GI health isn't perfect, but it is a lot better. Diet expanded dramatically and can handle dairy, prebiotic foods, coffee, and was actually able to have some cake on my birthday without a severe reaction to gluten. Insomnia is still an issue, but I hope to fix that with a better nighttime routine. I feel like my pre-injury self circa 2006, only better. I still have some work ahead of me, but overall, I am much better than I would've ever hoped for.
What's next: CIRS and mold colonization treatment. I still have some joint pain and cracking, visual disturbances, and inflammation issues (brain and otherwise). Hair loss is still a huge issue. BHRT appointment.
