Respawning enemies with too much hit-points, poor hit-detection, and clunky controls..........yup, sounds like TMNT.

2025 EDIT: This was part of a series I was doing called "Farewell Konami", as a response to the famous Japanese publisher, at the time, ceasing development of new games, and focusing entirely on pachinko and slot machines.

Needless to say, it didn't pan out all that well in the long run.
