Panettone (RELLENO NUTELLA y mas)/ Pan dulce de navidad.
trabajo una masa un tanto pegajosa que nos da como resultado un pan super suave y nada seco. recomiendo no construirla con mas harina para o hacerlo pesado ni seco..

moldes de 13cm de diámetro y 10 cm de alto.
para cada molde se hace uso de 233.34gr de harina (masa de 470 gr. aprox) y 1 taza de el relleno de elección.

de todos los rellenos el de chocolate blanco se funde con la masa y da un sabor extraordinario ( esta queda mas humeda comparada con las demás).

ingredientes para 3:

466ml de leche tibia
2 cdas levadura instantánea
7 cdas de azúcar
700gr de harina todo uso
1 cdita vainilla (y/o ralladura de naranja)
1 cdita sal
5 yemas de huevo batidas previamente
116gr de mantequilla

se agregan los ingredientes en ese orden.

opciones para rellenar cada pan:

1. una taza de chocolate en gotas o troceado
2. una taza de frutas abrillantadas (colocar ralladura de limón a esta)
3. 3/4 taza de nutella previamente congelada
4. una taza de frutos secos variados.
5. mixto con las opciones mencionadas anteriormente
6. media taza de chocolate blanco + media taza de otra. (no usar mas de esa cantidad de choco blanco ya que se pierde en la masa, ademas puede humedecerla mucho)
