Cheesecake bowl
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 tsp vanilla
1 TBSP honey
1 TBSP graham crumbs
blueberries or other fruit of your choice

Peanut butter energy bites
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup oats
1 TBSP each (or more if you like) of sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and raisins
3-4 TBSP honey

Tiramisu Chia pudding
2 cups greek yogurt
5 TBSP chia seeds
4 TBSP honey
pinch salt
1/2 cup coffee
few shakes cinnamon
Let sit about 20 minutes before eating or store in fridge overnight
