Scammer Cant Connect, So He Blames Me

In this video I speak with a scammer who tries to use Screen Connect, Quick assist, Alpemix and Ultraviewer to access my computer. The "dot top" domain is blocked by my ISP, quick assist isn't available on my windows 8.1 computer and when I give him my ultraviewer ID he can't work it.
