Georgia Election BOMBSHELL: 315K Votes Certified Without Signatures

During a December 9 hearing before the Georgia State Election Board, attorneys for Fulton County acknowledged that approximately 315,000 early voting ballots from the 2020 election were certified without the legally required poll worker signatures — a direct violation of Georgia election law.

Joe Biden allegedly won Georgia by just 11,779 votes. Yet Fulton County alone certified hundreds of thousands of early votes without signed tabulation tapes — the sole legal document verifying vote totals.

Election integrity investigator David Cross revealed that after paying Fulton County $15,800 for public records, his team obtained 77 megabytes of tabulator tapes representing 315,000 votes — none of them signed. Fulton County attorney Ann Brumbaugh admitted under oath:

“We do not dispute that the tapes were not signed. It was a violation of the rule.”

Georgia law requires:
• Signed zero tapes at the start of voting
• Signed closing tapes at the end of each voting day
• Proper chain of custody for all tabulation records

Fulton County failed on all counts — across 36 of 37 advanced voting precincts, according to a 2024 investigation by the Georgia Secretary of State’s office.

Meanwhile:
• The Department of Justice is demanding access to the 2020 ballots
• The Georgia Supreme Court has ordered inspection of mail-in ballots
• Fulton County continues to refuse compliance
• Officials have spent millions fighting transparency

President Trump warned this would be uncovered — and now Fulton County admits they don’t dispute it.

This video breaks down:
• What unsigned tabulation tapes mean legally
• Why these votes were never lawfully certified
• How chain-of-custody failures undermine election integrity
• Why Fulton County is ground zero for accountability

This is not partisan.
This is statutory.
This is the law.
