Scammer Claims Hacker in Berlin

In this video I speak with a paypal scammer, (even though I phone to cancel an Apple order), He informs me of a hacker called John Cooper who is making purchases in Alabama and Berlin. I confuse this with John Cooper, the man known for the mini cooper.

After wasting time with online connections, he then goes for offline methods of securing my details in the form of "Blocking Cards" one for the Alabama address and one for Berlin. He tells me to go to Aldi, as there is no Walmart in Berlin...
