12/20/2025B, (Targeted Individuals & Perp TV) Hand Off Videos, Photos, Information Easy in Public

These are some of my adventures being spied on, stalked, and turned into a Contract Stalking, Organized Harassment cash cow (money, favors, gift cards, whatever else), in the Greater Victoria British Columbia Canada area.

The manual in person hand offs of USB drives, Micro SD memory cards are very easy in crowded public spaces. There are many others all swirling around, different distractions such as flashing lights and sounds all obscuring any handshakes, or putting objects into pockets, backpacks, shopping bags, etc. The physical hand offs can not be electronically intercepted like sending files over the internet. Internet sharing of files could required the use of encrypted emails, communications links, etc. Nobody should freely talk or send files over unencrypted internet or phone lines at all.

Some of the people in this crowded public space were doing organized harassment, gangstalking perpetrator hand signals to each other in this video. They were recorded doing their perp hand signals in this video and their faces, backs, and side were captured on video images that can also be converted into screen shot still photographs too. Some of the outside gangstalking perp vehicles were also recorded outside in the parking lot area.

My international associates and I only require a partial video and photographic image to work with in our information sifting and scanning, and extrapolation. I mentioned human eyes, computers, and AI artificial intelligence tools a lot, huh?

I can scan, read a room or facility and get all kinds of information just by looking around at the people around any public spaces. I was a former Federal Government functionary from a national defence/national security related government department, side job as a sports entertainment arena crowd control staff. What do you think I did at those jobs all day? I am also an apartment building owner landlord's kid too. What do you suppose I did when I was looking into the faces of potential rental housing applicants when they tell me they were good tenants, always paid rent on time, never got into conflicts with fellow tenants, and pass landlords?

Oh, my factions of anti corruption government/corporation official and politician friends know that I know interesting things from my past background that I just described above.
