What commission is this scammer talking about?

In the video I speak to a scammer to claims that there is a charge on my apple or paypal, the original massare stated apple but scammers always mix this up.
He then wants me to download "Help Desk Host" to my cellphone, which you should never do, So I pretend to download it which confuses the scammer when he attempts to connect.
So then, he tells me to go to Lowe's and purchase two $1000 gift cards. However If I tell the staff, they will recieve a commission. I mishear this as the staff will get "The Commission" involved in the style of the Italian Mafia or the godfather.
