Operation Airhose - High Arches

I saw this Air-hose-tess waiting to board her plane, as she sat, i could not help but notice how high her arches were, they were popping out of her heels I was hoping the shoe would fall off with such high arches. But no such luck. still you can see the contours of her pantyhose feet in the shoes and they were lovely.
