🧐🥊IS 147 BAD OR DEVIN HANEY JUST THAT GOOD?😏👀

Everybody keep saying 147 is a “weak era”… but I’m not letting y’all hide behind that excuse. The real question is: Is welterweight actually a bad weight class right now, or is Devin Haney just making it look easy because his skills travel? 🤯

In this video I break down why 147 feels weird in this moment—politics, stalled matchups, “protect the zero” energy, and champions acting like the division is a waiting room instead of a battlefield. But I’m also keeping it real: if Devin steps into 147 and starts out-boxing, out-thinking, and out-working the so-called threats, then we gotta stop blaming the division and start giving credit where it’s due.

We’re talking styles, not feelings: timing, defense, discipline, ring IQ, foot placement, control of distance—the stuff that makes a fighter look “boring” until your favorite can’t touch him. And if Devin does what I think he can do at 147, then the conversation changes from “the division is weak” to “they weren’t ready for a REAL technician.” 🧐🧾

So which is it?
147 falling off… or Devin Haney raising the standard? Drop your take in the comments.
