You are not the cause of what you are suffering with, you are not the reason you struggle, it is not you.

You are a truly powerful special soul, a soul that is wise beyond your years and wiser than anyone realizes from years past before you came into this world, and there are real reasons why your body is physically sick and unwell.

There are real reasons and true answers to why you are going through the weeks, months, and years of chronic illness, and you are not to blame.

Never forget that and always remember that you can and will heal.
