Garlic Butter Shrimp Recipe

Ingredients
500 g (1 lb) shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
½ teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
Wash the shrimp and pat them dry with paper towels.
Season the shrimp with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Set aside.
Heat the olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds, until fragrant.
Add the shrimp to the skillet in a single layer.
Cook for 2–3 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes until pink and fully cooked.
Add lemon juice and chili flakes (if using). Stir gently.
Turn off the heat and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
Serving Suggestions
Serve hot with rice, pasta, or fresh salad. It also goes well with crusty bread to soak up the garlic butter sauce.
