FRENCH-STYLE MEAT with pineapple 🍍
800 g chicken fillet
2 medium onions
spices to taste (I used chicken seasoning, salt, and sweet paprika)
100 g mayonnaise (or replace with sour cream + 1 tsp mustard)
1 can of canned pineapple
180 g mozzarella cheese
180 g suluguni cheese
1 tbsp oil for greasing parchment paper
Wash the chicken fillet and cut into pieces.
Lightly pound and rub with spices (leave for 1 hour or overnight in the refrigerator).
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, grease with mayonnaise or sour cream, spread a layer of onions, then a layer of pineapple, and sprinkle generously with grated cheese.
Bake in an oven preheated to 190°C for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
The meat releases a lot of juice during baking, so I drain it after it is cooked.
