Fixing Breast Implant Indentations Without Surgery | AlloClae Explained

A question I get fairly often is from patients who love their breast augmentation overall, but notice a small indentation or uneven area. This tends to happen more in very thin patients who don’t have a lot of natural body fat to help camouflage the implant. For those situations, we now have a really nice option that doesn’t involve another surger, AlloClae

In this video, I talk about using AlloClae, an FDA-approved filler made from highly processed cadaver fat, to help smooth out minor contour irregularities after breast augmentation. It allows us to fill in small dents or indentations without going back to the operating room or putting you under general anesthesia.

The procedure is done in the office under local anesthesia, it’s quick, and recovery is minimal. Most patients are in and out the same day and back to normal activities shortly after. This treatment is meant for small touch-ups, not full revisions, and it’s ideal for patients who are otherwise very happy with their results but want a smoother overall contour.

If you’ve noticed something similar after your breast augmentation and want to explore non-surgical options, this may be worth a conversation.
