When We Finally Say NO… The Phone Call EXPLODES 📞🔥

This tenant has been a problem since move-in.

We completed every legitimate maintenance request they submitted. But eventually the work orders became unreasonable, repetitive, and expensive, with no proof of actual issues — and that’s when property management has to draw a hard line.

From that point forward:
📸 Proof was required
🔧 Issues had to be verified
💸 False reports would result in trip fees

That’s when things went sideways.

The call turned into raised voices, demands, and frustration — all because we refused to authorize unnecessary repairs that would cost the homeowner serious money. Saying “NO” isn’t popular, but it’s part of protecting the property and enforcing the lease.

Yelling doesn’t change policy.
Anger doesn’t create problems that don’t exist.
Accountability still applies.

This is real property management — firm, fair, and not afraid of uncomfortable conversations.
